At Women's Health Horizons, our physicians are Board Certified Obstetricians/Gynecologists devoted to providing women's reproductive health in a personalized, caring, and compassionate atmosphere. Together the doctors have a combined experience of over fifty years in providing gynecology and abortion services. In addition, our professional staff includes a nurse midwife, a nurse practitioner, and several nurses who have been on staff for twenty years or more. The local police are aware of our existence, and are always watching out for us. We feel very confident in the safety, and confidentiality of our patients. A Statement About Our Physicians Jack E. Yoffa M.D. graduated from Suny Upstate Medical Center in 1969. He finished his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Suny Upstate Medical Center in 1973 and was board certified and became a Fellow of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) in 1975. He has since committed his practice and personal commitment to women's health care, and a woman’s personal right to choice! In May of 1994 Dr. Yoffa was awarded with the RALPH E. KHARAS AWARD for distinguished service in civil liberties in the Central New York Area, by the Central New York Chapter of the New York Civil Liberties Union. He was honored with this award for protecting and providing a woman’s right to safe and legal abortions! Dr Jack E. Yoffa also received the 1994 Suny Upstate Medical Center's Distinguished Alumni Award for community service to women's health. Dr. Yoffa continues to practice today with his Partner of ten years who has also committed his practice to women's health care, and a woman's personal right to her reproductive choice. His Partner who is also a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist, and a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), has an expertise in ultrasound, and terminations of pregnancy up to 18 weeks.
